Land reform is one of the most important goals proclaimed by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. If you consider how strongly and consistently government promotes idea of free sale of local land, it is clearly one of the key projects and thus causing a lot of controversies and protests. Free land market should become a part of the so-called big privatization and Kiev intends to launch its first stage in spring 2020.
